Embodied Growth provides body-oriented coaching, workshops, and related personal development services. Our services are designed to support personal growth and wellbeing through somatic approaches but are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms and to use our services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The information and services provided by Embodied Growth are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be interpreted as, medical advice or a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health regimen.
5. Service Limitations
Our coaching services and workshops are not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to active psychosis, severe depression, or acute trauma responses. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services or mental health professionals immediately.
6. Booking and Cancellations
When booking sessions or workshops:
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Embodied Growth website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Embodied Growth or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any materials from our website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
